How to Deposit the Correct FBS Account So that the Balance Comes Quickly

FBS minimum deposit amount to open a real trading account is 1 US dollar. The Minimum Deposit for first-time traders may vary based on the selected trading account type. Deposit activation can be up to 72 hours.

  • FBS has a minimum deposit requirement of $1.
  • This amount is equivalent to 15.53 ZAR at the current exchange rate between the US Dollar and South African Rand, at the time of writing.

Deposit fees and deposit methods

The minimum deposit amount a trader can expect will depend on the account they register with, these are as follows:

  • Standard Account – $100 or 1,552.84 ZAR.
  • Cent Account – $1 or 15.53 ZAR.
  • Micro Account – $5 or 77.64 ZAR.
  • Zero Spread Account – $500 or 7,764.20 ZAR.
  • ECN Account – $1,000 or 15,528.40 ZAR.
  • Crypto Account – $1 or 15.53 ZAR.

When making a deposit to a trading account, a trader can use the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Card
  • Neteller
  • stick payment
  • Skrill
  • Perfect Money
  • Local exchange

Traders should ensure that they see and acknowledge the fees charged when making deposits using Sticpay. When using this deposit method, traders are charged a commission of 2.5% and an additional $0.3.

Additional fees are waived from Perfect Money; however, this is not specified on the FBS website. Traders must also confirm the additional fees waived by their financial institution for deposits and withdrawals.

FBS only supports the use of USD or EUR when a deposit is made. In addition, traders using Sticpay can only use USD as the deposit currency.

Step by step guide to deposit minimum amount

Once traders have successfully registered a live trading account, they can follow these steps to deposit the minimum amount:

  • Select 'deposit' from the 'Finance' section of the Personal Area.
  • Select the desired payment method, either online or offline and select 'deposit'.
  • Select the trading account the trader wants to finance, if they have more than one, and enter the amount they want to deposit.
  • Confirm the deposit on the next page to complete the deposit.

Deposits are reflected in the merchant's account either instantly, or after a few days, depending on the payment method the merchant uses.
